Every place, be it in the suburbs, rural, or the most congested city, will always have a need for coworking space. It offers the opportunity for convenience. It offers choices. We are no longer subjected to sitting for long hours in traffic to get to work. We no longer have to take on all of the overhead expenses (monthly rent, receptionist, lights, gas, water, etc.) of renting an entire office space when all that you really need is a professional, local, collaborative space in which to work. We no longer must sacrifice social and business opportunities because we work from home. Coworking solves all those problems. We can network and collaborate in a community that builds relationships with diverse people and organizations.
